Jérôme GUIRAUD est CEO de NNS Capital.

Jérôme Guiraud has been Chief Executive Officer of NNS Capital since 2008. He is also a Board member of Lafarge Group (The world leader in building materials, listed on the CAC 40) and Orascom Construction Industries (OCI, a leading Contracting/Fertilisers group listed on the Cairo and London Stock Exchanges) as well as a member of their respective Audit Committees.
Prior to joining NNS Capital, he held various managerial positions within the Société Générale Group across Europe and the Mediterranean including CEO of SG Valores, SG stockbroker in Madrid, co-Head of Equity Corporate Finance for the EEMEA region within SG Securities in London, Managing Director of NSGB (National Société Générale Bank) in Cairo and Chairman of the Executive Board of Société Générale Maroc in Casablanca.
Jérôme Guiraud holds an MBA from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Paris). He has been a Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France since 2001.
