Pierre-Yves Cros is CEO of Capgemini Consulting, the dedicated global strategy and transformation consulting arm of the Capgemini Group. He is also Chairman of the Capgemini Group in the United Kingdom, leading the Country Board that coordinates the group’s activities in the United Kingdom.

Prior to this role, Pierre-Yves Cros was Strategy Director for the Capgemini Group. In this role he was integral to the conception and implementation of several transformation programmes, notably in the United States, as well as the group-wide i3 transformation programme (Industrialization, Innovation and Intimacy) that was launched at the end of 2006. He was also instrumental in the acquisition of Kanbay International in 2006 and has contributed greatly to growing the Capgemini Group’s Indian operations, which have grown from 400 to 25,000 people in five years.

He joined the Capgemini Group in 1988 as a corporate strategy consultant. In 1997 he became a senior vice president of the group’s consulting operation, Gemini Consulting, in charge of Global Operations.
Pierre-Yves Cros holds a Master of Science from the National Institute of Applied Science and an MBA from the HEC School of Management.
